SkinSpirit makes its first acquisition since KKR minority investment, snapping up Contempo Aesthetics in Pasadena, CA, and increasing its footprint to 32 clinics nationwide.
WHO: Established in 2015 by medical director Dr. Rachel Reyes-Bergano, Contempo Aesthetics has a world-class reputation in the Pasadena community for medical aesthetics.
Seattle-based SkinSpirit was founded in 2003, providing medical beauty services in a spa-like setting that spans injectable neuromodulators and dermal fillers, as well as a variety of microneedling techniques, lasers, and body treatments.
